Welcome to the PRCN Store Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Program offered by Precision Store FZ-LLC, operating as PRCN Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the website https://aestaging.prcnstore.com (“Site”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- To join the Program, you must submit an application via our website.
- All applications are subject to manual review and approval.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide reasoning.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on referred sales.
- Commission is calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
- Commissions are tracked via cookies and/or affiliate coupon codes.
3. Cookie Duration
- Referral cookies remain valid for 30 days.
- If a customer uses an affiliate coupon code, that code attribution overrides any existing cookie-based tracking.
4. Payout Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
- The minimum payout threshold is 1,000 AED.
- Payments are made via bank transfer to the details you provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate.
5. Returns and Cancellations
- If a referred customer cancels or returns their order, any related commission will be revoked.
6. Promotional Methods
Affiliates are allowed to promote using:
- Paid ads (e.g., Meta, Google)
- Email marketing
- Blog reviews and influencer content
- Coupon websites
Affiliates must not:
- Create misleading offers or fake discounts
- Spam or impersonate our brand in any form
Use of our logo, brand name, and images is permitted for affiliate promotional use only and must reflect PRCN Store’s actual offerings.
7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- Approved, earned commissions will still be paid.
- Pending or unapproved commissions will be void.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, tracking failures, or any loss of earnings due to technical issues.
- You acknowledge that tracking technologies (cookies, coupon codes) have limitations and that discrepancies may occur.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction).
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified via email or our affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of changes.
